Terms of Service
These Terms govern the personal applications and services operated by Alexander Chepurko
at app.chepurko.eu (the "Services"). The Services are private and single-user,
operated by and for the owner. They are not offered to, or intended for use by, the general public.
1. Eligibility & Access
Access is restricted to the operator and accounts the operator owns or is authorised to use. No public accounts are created and no general-purpose service is provided to third parties.
2. Acceptable Use
- The Services are used only for the operator's lawful, personal purposes.
- No use that violates applicable law or the terms of any connected provider (including Google).
3. Third-Party Services
The Services connect to third-party APIs (e.g. Google / Gmail) under the operator's own credentials and are subject to those providers' terms. Use of Google APIs is also governed by the Privacy Policy and the Google API Services User Data Policy referenced there.
4. No Warranty
The Services are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. They may change, break, or be discontinued at any time at the operator's discretion.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the Services. As a private personal tool, the Services carry no commercial guarantee.
6. Data
Information handling is described in the Privacy Policy. The operator may delete data or revoke integrations at any time.
7. Changes
These Terms may be updated; continued operation of the Services constitutes acceptance of the current version.
